January 19, 2009 ~ This holiday weekend was opened up with some of the most beautiful weather we have seen in a while with absolutely clear skies. The weather was cold and a little breezy, but ever so beautifully sunny. The breezy weather gave way to a great and entertaining site down at Damon Point State Park beach: WINDSURFERS. I have only ever seen a few windsurfers at a time, but today, there were over 15. It was a really enjoyable site to see them criss-cross each other over the wake of the waves.
