Located on the Bay with views of the Olympic Mountains, the Bay and Protection Island.
	Enjoy the adjoining park, or stroll down the path along the Bay.

Annual fees are about $145. Properties are either "In," "Out" or "Lifetime" members. If one is "in," then owners and their immediate family will have access to the clubhouse and parks, and will be required to pay the yearly fee. If one is "out," then owners do not have to pay, but they do not have access to the CC amenities. If one is a "lifetime" member, then owners have access, but do not have to pay the yearly fee. If the property is "out" of the CC, owners can, at anytime, opt into the CC. Although, there is no option to opt out. Most properties are "in" the Community Club. Come and enjoy all this place has to offer!
